Positions Groundline has already decided

• Customer content is not used to train models, and is not sold or shared for advertising
• Retention is configurable per organisation; deletion is permanent and propagates to backups within the stated window
• Personal data in public records is processed only where lawful and is withheld from responses by default
• Subprocessors are published with advance notice of change
• Data subject rights: access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, with a stated response time
• Confidential project mode strips project identifiers from operational logging
