• Explicit statement that Groundline does not train models on customer data
• Acceptable use, including prohibitions on unlawful discrimination in property targeting
• Fees, billing, taxes, renewal and cancellation
• Professional services marketplace terms and the relationship between Groundline and licensed reviewers
• Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability calibrated to the preliminary nature of the output
• Indemnities, confidentiality, term and termination, governing law and dispute resolution
